1. Channel requirements:
1. We only accept general goods with built-in batteries and matching batteries. We do not accept any knives, cream-like cosmetics, liquids, counterfeit brands, powders, foods, and other prohibited items. If the goods are found to be mixed in our warehouse or the service provider's warehouse, our company will charge a risk compensation of RMB 2,000/ticket and reserve the right to pursue responsibility.
2. Cargo packaging requirements: Acceptable packaging bags, cartons, wooden boxes (must have hinges), air boxes, wooden frames, iron sheets, etc.
3. Shipments can be received to Amazon addresses, but tariff prepayment and third-party customs clearance contact information are required. If tariff prepayment and customs clearance contact information are not provided, the sender shall be responsible for the customs clearance issues and fees incurred at the destination.
2. Channel Notes
1. Maximum size limit: This channel does not accept shipments with actual weight exceeding 68KG or single side length exceeding 274CM or girth exceeding 330CM. If you have such shipments, please provide complete shipment size, invoice, and weight information to consult our business colleagues.
3. Channel Additional Service Fee
1. We can accept general trade declarations, and charge a customs declaration fee of 200RMB/ticket + 2RMB/KG.
2. Duty prepayment (DDP) is available. A customs duty prepayment fee is charged: 2.5% of the customs duty amount, with a minimum charge of 130RMB/ticket.
3. Excess value customs declaration fee: When the declared value on the goods invoice exceeds a certain amount, an additional Hong Kong export customs declaration fee will be incurred. The charging standards are as follows:
A. Hong Kong Federal Agency Overvalue Charge Standard: When the declared value exceeds 10,000 USD, an additional 100 RMB will be charged for each ticket.
B. For every additional 5000USD of declared value, an additional 20RMB will be charged.
C. The portion exceeding 10,000 USD but less than 5,000 USD will be charged an additional 20 RMB. For example, if the declared value is 12,600 USD, an additional 120 RMB Hong Kong customs declaration fee will be charged.
4. Channel surcharge:
1. Remote address fee: 4.2RMB/KG, minimum charge per ticket is 200RMB, plus the monthly fuel surcharge. Our company does not guarantee to check all remote addresses before sending to the service provider, all fees are subject to the final notification of the service provider
2.Address change surcharge: 100RMB/ticket
3. Delivery fee to private residential address: 32RMB/ticket + fuel surcharge
4. Designated customs clearance agent surcharge: FEDEX will charge this fee to the shipper for all shipments that choose a designated customs clearance agent for customs clearance. Charge standard: 10.7 RMB/KG, minimum charge 96 RMB/ticket.
5. Saturday delivery service fee: If the recipient requests the goods to be delivered on Saturday, a Saturday delivery service fee of RMB 142/ticket will be charged.
6. Return freight: If the goods are returned, the sender must pay the return freight (the return freight is subject to the FEDEX return invoice).
7. Extra-long surcharge: Applicable to any package with the longest side exceeding 120CM or the second longest side exceeding 75CM, and the longest single side length and the perimeter of the other two sides exceeding 266cm (multiple pieces of goods in one ticket, any one of which exceeds this standard will be charged), 48RMB/ticket + fuel"
8. Oversized surcharge: This surcharge applies to the longest single side of the shipment exceeding 242CM or the girth (length + (width + height) * 2) exceeding 328CM (Note: Shipments with a girth exceeding 330CM are considered oversized services and require separate inquiries to determine whether they can be provided). The fee is RMB 625/ticket + fuel

Compensation standard for loss after going online: If the item is completely lost/damaged, compensation will be made according to the declared value, with a maximum of 100 USD per ticket, and no refund will be made for the shipping fee. If the item is partially lost or damaged, compensation will be made according to the declared value of the lost part, with a maximum of 100 USD, and no refund will be made for the shipping fee.
Package: If the package is completely lost or damaged (based on FEDEX confirmation of loss or damage), compensation will be based on the declared value, with a maximum of 100 USD per ticket, and no refund of shipping costs. If the package is partially lost or damaged, compensation will be based on the declared value of the lost part, with a maximum of 100 USD, and no refund of shipping costs.
C. Delay in accessing the Internet: No compensation
