1. This service cannot deliver epidemic prevention supplies (documents and samples are priced the same). The value of the sample cannot exceed USD270. If the amount is higher than this, please choose DHL service.

3. Remote delivery fee is 245 yuan/ticket + fuel. The remote delivery fee is subject to the FEDEX bill.

4. DDP is available. The DDP handling fee is RMB200/ticket or the higher of 3%/tariff amount. The specific amount is subject to the invoice. Please note that our company does not provide any invoice for DDP service.

5. If one side is greater than or equal to 120CM or any two sides are greater than or equal to 76CM (such as 76*76*20), there will be an additional fee of 215+fuel, which is defined as over-length fee by our company

FEDEX (length + 2*width + 2*height) is greater than or equal to 330CM. Our company does not provide services. FEDEX single piece cannot exceed 30KG

Remark:

1. Countries not listed in the partition table indicate no service. Please confirm carefully before sending. If the goods arrive in Dubai, if DHL has service, they will be directly transferred to DHL and charged according to DHL prices.

2. If the express is returned from the destination due to reasons such as failure to clear customs, all fees incurred will be directly added to the bill and charged within 6 months from the date of shipment.

3. There is no private address delivery fee for US parcels through this channel; if the recipient changes the address, the fee will be added directly to the bill without advance confirmation

4. This channel does not accept magnetic goods or epidemic prevention supplies.

5. If the item is lost, the shipping fee will be waived and compensation will be made according to the declared value of the invoice (up to RMB $50) or a new sample of the same weight, to the same destination, and through the same channel will be sent. The maximum compensation for lost documents will not exceed RMB 100. No compensation will be made for damaged or partially lost packages. Our company will not make any free shipping or compensation for situations where the package is not lost, such as time delay.

6. Pure gold and silver jewelry, cheques, currency, counterfeit brands, liquids, powders, food, flammable and explosive weapons and other prohibited items; once found, the goods will be detained and the freight will be deducted, and the whole fee will not be refunded
