1. The weight of a single piece must be at least 12KG. If it is less than 12KG, it will be charged as 12KG. The standard package should not be larger than 30KG, and the longest side of the box should be less than 100CM, and the second longest side should be less than 60CM. If a single package exceeds the standard specifications, an additional large package fee of 85 Euros/piece will be charged. If the actual weight or material weight of a single piece exceeds 40KG-70KG or the perimeter length exceeds 300CM-400CM, it will be charged at 170 Euros/piece. 3. We do not accept products with electricity, but we can accept products with magnetism. Products with magnetism need to pay a magnetic inspection fee: the magnetic inspection fee is charged at least 20 RMB/piece (minimum 100 RMB/ticket) + service fee 300 RMB/ticket. When delivering, you need to note that the product is magnetic in the delivery list, and declare it separately, +500 yuan/ticket. Amazon cannot mix more than 3 items in a single box, and non-Amazon does not accept mixed packaging with multiple items.

Textiles (clothes, sheets, pants, HS codes starting with 61-65) will be charged an additional 8 yuan/KG, shoes will be charged an additional 8 yuan/KG, general textiles, bags, toys, wigs, children, sports equipment cameras, monitors, ceramics, oral contact, digital car, USB flash drive beauty equipment products, auto parts will be charged an additional 5 yuan/KG, pet products, printer supplies, ink cartridges, bicycles will be charged an additional 2 yuan/KG, bamboo and wood products bracelets, hand tools glasses, lamps rubber, latex, silicone glass products, stainless steel hardware accessories will be charged an additional 1 yuan/KG
5. If the goods are lost during transportation, our company will compensate according to the purchase value, and will not refund the freight. If the customer provides the goods (invoice, packing list, purchase invoice, etc.), our company will compensate within 10 working days, and the maximum compensation will not exceed 40 RMB/KG according to the declared value, and the freight will not be refunded. If the goods are lost after UPS pick-up, the maximum compensation per ticket will not exceed 100 USD according to the compensation standard, and the freight will not be refunded. There is no dispute. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, our company will not make any compensation

6. If Amazon refuses to accept the shipment, the return shipping fee and any other additional fees will be borne by the customer. If the customs is detained due to product problems, our company will be responsible for assisting in customs clearance, but will not bear any responsibility. The warehouse rent and any additional fees incurred due to inspection will be borne by the shipper.

A. The product is detained by customs due to reasons such as the product not having CE certification or CE label.

B. The product is detained by customs due to failure to declare truthfully, infringement of intellectual property rights or EU import ban.

C. Product accessories do not meet the requirements of EU countries and are detained by customs.
