UPS's new published rates will be from December 24, 2023Effective from now on.
The latest changes to the 2024 UPS® Rate and Service Guide include:

The rates, surcharges and fees published by UPS are revised. The revisions include alternative customs clearance agents, customs clearance agent contact fees, advance fees, export declaration surcharges, pre-release notification surcharges, special customs clearance fees and warehousing fees.

The volume limit for additional handling fees has been revised.

Charges have been added to the current charges in the "Other Surcharges" section, including post-entry clearance fees and customs inspection fees, as well as a surcharge for paper commercial invoices as a non-contracted service, which will not be implemented until further notice.

Updated Saturday delivery fees to include UPS Express Envelope/UPS Express Bag surcharge.

Regional table revised to reflect service availability.
