The content and format of the documents vary depending on the trade terms. Use the templates below and provide the corresponding PDFs once completed.

1. Documents to provide to us
（1）One customs declaration authorization letter, one customs declaration form, two invoices, two packing lists, one declaration details sheet, two blank sheets bearing your company stamp, and a sales contract (not required for express shipping, but mandatory for other dedicated line services);
（2）In most cases, only scanned copies are required. A very small number of shipping channels require paper copies. Please consult our sales team for specific requirements;
（3）Shipments using air freight with local delivery to the United States that require a formal customs declaration need three copies of the Air Cargo Security Screening Declaration Checklist (stamp placement) and three copies of the Non-Dangerous Goods Letter of Guarantee;
