Transit Time
The transit times shown in the rate quote are the estimated times for the current shipping channel to deliver to major countries, from dispatch to delivery. They are given in “business days” and do not include Saturdays or Sundays.
Major countries generally include the US, Canada, and Mexico; EU countries; Southeast Asia; and Australia.
Delivery to other regions may take longer:
- South America: Chile, Brazil, etc. — around 3 additional business days
- Africa: around 3 additional business days
- Other remote areas and less commonly served countries: total transit time may be around 14 days.
Tariffs and Duties
If a shipment clears customs but the recipient does not pay the duty for an extended period, the sender may be asked to pay it directly, without prior notice.
